Foobar2000 is a powerful music and internet monitoring program that is used to find all sorts of files on your PC, and to protect your privacy. This is a fantastic piece of software that many people use to find the sites they have visited, and others to protect their Internet and computer security. Unfortunately, Foobar2000 can also be used to help your downloads and applications get onto your system without you knowing it. This is because Foobar2000 has a hidden feature that allows many websites to install fake content on your system. It seems harmless enough, but is actually the biggest threat to your system. This tutorial shows you how to remove this, and have your downloads and applications worked exactly as they should.
The first thing you need to do to remove Foobar2000 from your system is to get a free Windows Vista or Windows XP program called "CCleaner". CCleaner can be downloaded easily through the Internet. It is usually installed by default and will scan all the files and settings on your system for any corrupt or unwanted items. It will then allow you to make the changes you need to remove any unwanted files and restore the settings back to the way they were before they were corrupted.
Once you have done this, you are now ready to uninstall Foobar2000. To do this, you just need to double click on the "CCleaner" icon that was found in the Start Menu and then click the "Uninstall" button. After the program has finished uninstalling, your system should be completely restored to its original state.
